Putting a moose on a custom ugly christmas sweater is something that has obviously been done before. But that certainly doesn't mean it shouldn't be done again! You just need to do something a little different so that it looks different than the others. The whole point of having a custom ugly christmas sweater made is that it's a truly original, new and exclusive design so copying designs is just a waste of time and a waste of a great opportunity to create something great. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Don't add a Moose for the sake of adding a Moose
There are a number of ugly sweaters that feature a moose and the standard ones seem to be a few little moose symbols in white or two moose facing each other. The latter is probably the most popular. Think about why you're adding a moose. Make it part of the design, not just as an extra or an add on. That way, it will be an aspect of the design and very much a feature on the sweater.
Incorporating the Moose into the Design
So following on from the above, have the moose doing something-dragging a banner, kicking over a logo-something that makes him a part of the design. The moose can be in cartoon form and doing something funny or his funny/cheeky nature can be brought across through a facial expression.
If you want to make the moose brown, that will look awesome on a green sweater. Brown also works on red but you may want to choose a slightly lighter shade of brown because if the brown is too dark, it won't look right on the red. If you need any help, just ask us!
